Introduction

Gorivata.bg is a free informational service for comparing fuel prices in Bulgaria. Prices are gathered from public sources and user contributions. The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy or timeliness.

Registration and user accounts

To submit prices or appear on the leaderboard, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate information at registration. • Keep your password confidential. • Not create multiple accounts or false identities. • Not use automated tools (bots) to abuse the service. We reserve the right to disable accounts in violation of these terms.

User-submitted content

By submitting prices, photos or other data, you represent that you have the right to share them, and you grant Gorivata.bg a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store and use them for the operation and improvement of the service. We reserve the right to remove content that is false, offensive or illegal.

Data accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but prices may change and may contain errors. Users should verify current prices at the station itself. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information shown on the Site.

Intellectual property

The code, design, logo and Gorivata.bg brand are protected. Station and price data may be private or public — the Site's content is available for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use or large-scale scraping requires written permission.

Third-party advertising

The Site may display ads via Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to show relevant ads. Learn more and manage settings at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gorivata.bg is not liable for: • Direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site. • Interruptions, delays or data loss. • Acts of third parties (hosting providers, advertisers). The Site is free and provided "as is".

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, particularly for breach of these terms, without prior notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent Bulgarian court.
